Products and eligibility
Products on this website are food supplements intended for adults. Product descriptions and images are provided to help you choose, but packaging may be updated. Always read and follow the current packaging. Food supplements are not medicines and are not substitutes for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or provide confirmation that the order will be fulfilled. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for it.
Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days using Royal Mail. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. International customers must comply with local import rules and are responsible for any import duties or local taxes. See our delivery, returns and refunds policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our voluntary return period is 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our returns policy. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights continue to apply. Opened products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind, but this does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Using the products
Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Check the ingredients, allergens, warnings and directions on the pack before use. Seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist if you take medication, have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about suitability. Individual experiences vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
